Your role:

As rapporteur to the US Head of Omnichannel Customer Experience, US Oncology, you will focus on delivering innovative digital marketing and field enablement programs aligned with strategic goals for the US Oncology franchise. Your day-to-day operations will include running website, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. You will work with internal teams, alliance partners and agency partners to create landing pages and optimize user experience. You will monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them current and effective. They measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate them against the objectives (ROI and KPIs). You will have the opportunity to bring innovative digital programs to the oncology industry through thought leadership, analysis of emerging market trends and alignment with branding strategies. You’ll identify trends and insights, and based on the insights, optimize spend and performance by staying abreast of new opportunities in the world of digital marketing.

  • Analyze market data sources to continuously improve our ability to send targeted messages to specific, relevant customers
  • Plan, run and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to assess the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize the user experience
  • Work with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Assess new technologies
  • Where appropriate, offer thought leadership and perspective for acquisition

Who are you:

Necessary:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s or MBA preferred
  • 3+ years in a combination of Operations, Analytics & Insights or Marketing, preferably at least 3 years in Pharma or Biotechnology.
  • More than 3 years of specific experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in search engine optimization, website development and email marketing
  • Well-versed in using social media as a marketing tool
  • Understand website metrics and best practices
  • Strategic ability to define a clear path in a complex environment, use strong analytical skills to navigate complex challenges, overcome ambiguity and deliver well thought out business solutions.
  • Ability to demonstratively creative and innovative solutions
  • Experience with CRM technology relevant to field service teams and ability to leverage Big Data
  • Strong business acumen with strong analytical flair and the ability to use quantitative analysis and sound business judgment when interpreting sales and market data for strategy development
  • Extensive expertise in data and system architecture
  • Proven strategic and operational skills leading multiple high-impact cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Experience auditing operational program performance to identify potential gaps and opportunities for program improvement
  • Understanding of the current legal and regulatory environment
  • Extensive experience in project and supplier management
  • Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and business writing skills

  • Home office/head office experience desirable
